I agree that having a safe class room is paramount for higher learning. With a safer environment students will be engaged. I like the way you tied your points together, the ideas made sense and flowed well together.
I also agree about the safe environment. our students need to feel safe and we will be able (hopefully) to create that environment, at least in our classrooms. I also likes your ideas for keeping your PLC together.
Practicing what you preach... differentiation at work. Change is the only constant, and I feel like many of those teachers stuck in the same place for the last 20 years forget that this change is ever present, and fail to adapt. Good illustration of your points.
